3 to 7 acres of green field land with full planning permission for starter homes, terrace and semi-detached, within 15 mile radius of Belfast

Retail

Parade of shops in prime provincial or good secondary location as potential investment

Medical

1,500/2,000 sq.ft. of ground floor space on main arterial route needed in both Lisburn and Upper Newtownards Road
